I just ordered, how long should it take before the FinishTag arrives?
We estimate 5 business days for setup, laser engraving and preparation for shipping. Once it gets into shipping depending on where you live perhaps another 3 business days. So please estimate at least 10 business days.
I got an email that said the FinishTag was being shipped, what does that mean?
We send you a confirmation note when you place the order letting you know we got everything. The about 5 business days later when we ship we send you another note that it's coming. Give it another few days.
I ordered the FinishTag through a registration system for a race but it has not arrived, what happened?
There are only a couple of places that need to be checked here. Did you confirm the order? It wouldn't be the first time someone thought they chose the option only to find out they didn't. Please take a moment to check your invoice.
If you have an invoice that shows you ordered the FinishTag than please just contact us with the details (go here) and we will figure this out.
I ordered a FinishTag but I didn't get an email confirmation.
If you could take a moment to check your spam mail folder that would be great. Sometimes an automated reply is interpreted by some anti-virus systems as being junk/spam mail.
If it is not there you should have the FinishTag invoice from PayPal. We are happy to confirm your order so if you contact us (go here) we will let you know if we received confirmation or not.
What information are you storing about me and my order?
We store only the information found for the chip. PayPal is great for storing all your personal information. We take only the address for shipping but do not store this after fulfillment.
I put in the wrong information. I need to make a change. What do I do?
Let us know as soon as possible (go here) and we will get the information to the floor. We work fast once the request comes through so the sooner you send the more likely we are to fix. No charge to you if this happens.
If the tab has been produced whether on the floor, in transit or received we will redo the tab for 50% of the original cost plus shipping.
I didn't do anything wrong and the tab has the incorrect information. What do I do?
Our mistake we fix immediately and at no cost to you. Please contact us (go here) and provide the order information and what you expected. We'll take care of the rest with apologies.
